1. Marriage certificate: This is the official document that shows that you are legally married to your husband.You can obtain it from the registry where you go t married or from a court of law. You need to make photocopies of your marriage certificate and attach them to your registration form.
2. Newspaper change of name: This is the document that shows that you have changed your surname to your husband’s surname after marriage. You can obtain it from any national newspaper where you published your change of name. You need to make photocopies of the newspaper page and attach them to your registration form.
3. Husband’s ID card: This is the document that shows your husband’s identity and address. It can be his national ID card, driver’s license, international passport, or voter’s card. You need to make photocopies of your husband’s ID card and attach them to your registration form.
4. Utility bill: This is the document that shows your husband’s address and proof of residence. It can be his electricity bill, water bill, or any other utility bill that bears his name and address. You need to make photocopies of the utility bill and attach them to your registration form.
5. Letter of introduction: This is the document that shows that you are a bonafide member of your husband’s community and that you have his consent to serve in his state.It can be written by your husband himself, by his employer, by his traditional ruler, or by his religious leader. You need to make photocopies of the letter of introduction and attach them to your registration form.
6. O’level result: In the past, NYSC does not require your O’Level result, but recently married female corpers are required to upload their O’Level results as part of their supporting documents. It could be WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or GCE result.
